| Long Description | : | A superb, intense ruby colour. A rich and subtle nose where the touches of soft fruit intermingle with aromas of toast and burnt wood. The initial supple and soft taste with full-bodied, fine tannins blossoms into maturity and harmony. A full-bodied finish, enhanced by the toasted flavour from the barrel. Food pairing: Enjoy with red and white meat, wildfowl and also with cheese. Blend: 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification: Traditional vats stainless steel thermo regulated, with 2 to 3 weeks maceration. Ageing: In barrels of oak French antler renewed by half every year. Ageing potential: Ready to drink now, this wine will reach its full potential around 2020-2021. |
