| Long Description | : | Blend: 40% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification: Maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats for 28 days at 28°C. Ageing: On the one part, maturing barrels and on the other part maturing in tank. Ageing potential: Ready to drink now, this wine will reach its full potential around 2016-2019. Tasting: A lovely garnet red and ruby color. A very subtle nose with floral notes, elegantly enhanced by pleasing toasted nuances. An elegant wine on the palate, with a good balance between tannins and fruit. Food pairing: Enjoy with cold terrines, red and white meat and also with cheese. |
